simpliFITy enables you to do healthy activities regularly through simple health packs that are easy to do and require just 3-5 minutes.

Just doing the 3-5 min activities multiple times over a day can make you healthy.

Health packs are provided for exercise (3 min packs), walking (5 min Power Walking packs), food (simple changes to your food habits) and deep breathing (3 min themed deep breathing packs).

Just open the app many times over the day – it provides timely notifications that suggest health packs you can do at that time of day
