Based on a year and half of research, the sustainable health division at EAI, simpliFITy, is organizing a 2 hour workshop on Saturday (Jun 20) at Chennai

This workshop is open for anyone, but will be especially useful for those in the age group 30-60, and who wish to do exercise but are not able to owing to lack of time.

The workshop will coach you on multiple 3-5 minute health activities, focusing on 3 key activities

  • Short and easy 3 minute physical exercises that can be done by anyone
  • Doing 5 minute Power Walks that provide much higher benefits than normal walk
  • Simple 3 minute deep breathing

This workshop is FREE and is on first come first served basis, for the first 15 members
